Capital Markets Data Initiative (CMDI)

Focused on real-time price data, CMDI aims to foster collaboration in developing an open symbology and data model for capital markets to achieve broad standardization. By harmonizing data delivery across multiple sources, CMDI enables data consumers to seamlessly switch between providers, giving them greater flexibility, control, and operational efficiency. Our mission is to help capital markets reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and build an open community ecosystem that encourages innovation and marketplace collaboration.

CMDI is delivered as Open Source to our clients.

Direct Made Easy

Obtaining services directly from the content providers often exposes functionality not found within third-party service provider delivery and enables you to consume the latest services offered without needing to wait for a third-party service provider to act. Genesis uses the Fusion API suite to make integration standard, easy and efficient.

Data and Liquidity Services

Genesis delivers data directly from the source, either aggregated or direct to the consumer, with bi-directional data/message flow and authenticated access.
